Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara announces the call up of more military units at a Washington news conference today. The secretary said the Wisconsin 32nd infantry and the Texas 49th armored divisions of the National Guard would go on active duty October 15. He also announced the call up of 249 Army reserve and Guard support units.
