David Lamson, shown above at right, in court yesterday, wa taken before Judge Syer in San Jose for argument by Defense Attorneys, Maurice Rankin, Edwin V. McKenzie, on auctions for s=dismissal of the murder charges and admittance to bail. Lamson was convicted of the death of his wife, Allene. Maurice Rankin is shown at left.
