Dr Channing H Tobias nominated by President Truman as a UN Alternate Delegate tells Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee today that Communism always has been repugnant to me for the very reason it is Godless. Tobias a New Yorker said he has been an ordained minister of the Colored Methodist Church for 40 years. Later the subcommittee voted 3-0 in favor of his confirmation.
