San Francisco, November 30--Warren Heads Home From Hospital--Governor and Mrs. Earl Warren were all smiles today as the governor leaves University of California hospital, fully recovered from an appendectomy. They drove to the state Capitol at Sacramento. Warren, who announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for presidency shortly before his illness, said "I feel fine, but I'm going to take it easy for a while."
