Washington: P.J. Neff poses in a hotel corridor tonight shortly after the chairman of the board of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company fired him as President of the Big Rail System. Colonel T.C. Davis, the board chairman, acted less than 15 minutes after Neff left the witness chair at an Interstate Commerce Commission hearing into a reorganization plan for the railroad company. In St. Louis, the trusted of the company said Neff would continue as "Chief Executive Officer."
