Description
Yoga exercises are demonsirated Wednesday in the Civic Center lobby by top students from Chicago Park District classes. The hour-long program, to be presented each Wednesday in January, will demonstrate weight control, relaxation, breathing and stretching exercises. Yoga classes are offered free at 25 Park District Locations.
