Ireland - conflict. Northern Ireland's Parliament in color and tradition in many respects follows that of the "Mother of Parliaments" at Westminster, London. Picture shows: Gunsmoke floats before Government Buildings, Stormont, as a 19-gun salute is fired at end of the Governor's speech.

Photo is dated 1959.

Photo measures 10 x 8 inches.
