Miami, Florida, November 17 - Orange Bowl queen a blonde - Jeanne Hefinger, 20-year-old University of Miami student, won the Orange Bowl Queen contest yesterday and will preside over the many events climaxed by the New Year's Day Orange Bowl football game.
