Chatting with former President Harry S. Truman at banquet given by the American Jewish Congress here 11/9 are Dr. Ralph Bunche (L) and Lloyd Garrison (C), former chairman of the National Labor Relations Board. At the dinner, Truman was presented with the Stephen Wise Award for his "outstanding leadership in the cause of civil rights during his terms of office as President." The former Chief Executive refused to comment on the hot political battler over the Harry Dexter White spy controversy.
