Dr. Frank Stanton, left, President of the Columbia Broadcasting System and Representative Oren Harris (D-AR), chairman of the House Subcommittee on Legislative Oversight, confer briefly outside the committee's hearing room today. Stanton is scheduled to testify, before the committee investigating big money TV quiz shows, tomorrow. Today testimony was given by Robert E. Kinter, President of the National Broadcasting Company.
