U.S. delegate to the United Nations Senator Gale McGee, D-WY and Ambassador Ricardo Alarcon of Cuba, left, pass each other in front of rostrum a the United Nations Thursday following clash between the two after Alarcon branded the U.S. as a colonial overlord in Puerto Rico. McGee took the rostrum and standing beside Alarcon, claimed that Cuba was "completely out of order." The clash took place in front of the General Assembly meeting discussing colonialism.
