University President Stanley Marshall, left, comments during a press conference here Thursday after reading an investigative report by former Governor Leroy Collins on brutality within the Florida State University football program. The report concluded the charges were "without reasonable substantiation." Shown at right is FSU athletic director John Bridgers, Bert Cooper, center, a former football player at FSU who was dismissed from the squad by Coach Jones, had some comments of his own on the report.
