Description
Winston Jackson, who makes living at selling phony "drugs" for anti-drug educations, forces in air which allows mannequin to "puff" marijuana cigarette in laboratory test. The "drugs" sold by Jackson's company, in kit form shown at upper left, are used in lectures by hospitals, schools, law enforcement agencies and the military.
