Mohammed Khidar, left center,former Deputy Premier of Algeria, holds news conference at the Grand Hotel in Oran yesterday. Khider was slated today to arrive in Algiers from Oran to set up the national liberation front's seven-man political bureau, which plans to take control of the government. The bureau is dominated by persons loyal to radical Deputy Premier Ahmed Ben Bella.
