Anthony Jurich, President Nixon's special adviser on textile issues, meets with Kakuel Tanaka, Japan's Minister of International Trade and Industry at Tanaka's office in Tokyo Monday night. Tanaka said Tuesday Japan will insist that the Nixon administration abolish its 10 per cent import surcharge in the next round of textile negotiations with the U.S.
