Senator Barry Goldwater addresses the Captive Nations Committee on the subject of civil rights in San Francisco today. The front running GOP candidate said a civil rights law might help a little bit in ending discrimination. He appeared with a small unexplained cut on his left cheek adjacent to his mouth.
