Mrs. Rosaline Gunya, wife of the donor in Sunday's heart-lung transplant in Capetown, South Africa, revealed Monday that hospital authorities had not obtained permission from her to use her husband's body in the operation. The hospital explained that they were not aware that the donor was married.
