Mrs. Betty Ford unveils a miniature of Cadler's spectacular 53-foot "Flamingo" at the Hirshhorn Museum Tuesday in Washington and then turns to talk to Leonard A. Robinson, author of "Light at the Tunnel End." A braille plaque made by the Howe Press at the Perkins School for the blind in Watertown, MA, stands beside the artwork to give pertinent information on the art work and Calder.
