"ItE™s all part of my fairy story," Anita Desmarais said when told she had been selected from the Royal Ballet School of England to dance with the Bolshoi ballet. AnitaE™s fairy story began when she went to England from Mauritius two years ago at the age of 11. She was the only one of 17 to win a place at the Royal School. When her parents could not afford to keep her there, an anonymous womanE”later found to be Elizabeth TaylorE”paid her tuition. She danced the Dance of the Hours with the Bolshoi four times during its London appearance.
