E. L. Van Every, right, Jackson, Mississippi, is shown with weightmaster Marion Higgins checking in his rodeo record-breaking sailfish. The 67 1/2 pound sailfish caught Thursday in the Empire-South Pass Tarpon Rodeo broke the record of 62 pounds set in 1965 by Bill Winn of Baton Rouge.
