Principals in $577,000 Site Sale In Jefferson. Hospital Corporation of America has acquired a nine-acre site at the northwest corner of the intersection of Interstate 10 and Clearview for a new Lakeside Hospital for Women. The $2 million project will have 60 beds with a central facility to serve an expansion to 200 beds. Among those present at act of sale were, from left, seated, Dr. Thomas F. Frist Jr., HCA executive vice-president, and William M. Lucas Jr., secretary of the Lakeside hospital. Standing, from left, are Regg Wagner of Wagner and Truax, realtor representing the purchaser; Dr. Alvin H. Lassen, president of the lakeside facility, and R. Alan Bartlett, real estate broker representing 14 individual sellers. New facility will replace the present Lakeside Hospital for Women on Veterans Memorial boulevard. HCA owns 13 facilities in four states.
