Mrs. Ruth Kahrs was installed Thursday as president of the New Orleans Chapter, Women in Construction, in the Pelican Room of the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel. Other officers are; Mrs. Shirley Grosch, first vice-president; Mrs. Ada Timken, second vice-president; Miss Ethel Lamare corresponding secretary; Mrs. Mary Bills, recording secretary; and Mrs. Joyce Cavanaugh, treasurer.
