The Robert Harvey Chapter of the DAR presented its Good Citizenship Award Wednesday night to Miss Kay Harvey, 109 Lark st. Miss Harvey, 17, a senior at Warren Easton High School, was selected by the school for the chapter's award. Mrs. Edward Rodriguez, regent of the chapter, said Miss Harvey will go to Baton Rouge and compete with other local winners for the state nomination to the national contest.
