Mrs. Malcolm Helm, fourth week winner of the New Orleans States' traffic safety essay contest, receives a $25 savings bond award from Kenneth King, city traffic engineer. Mrs. Helm, of 3700 Nashville, pointed out in her essay on learning to drive properly that "driving 'by ear' on today's busy streets and highways invites disaster."
