Receiving a plaque Thursday from Colonel J.H. Jones, USMC, deputy director of Marine recruiting and reserve activities in the Eighth Marine Corps District, is Captain E.B. Hart, officer in charge of Marine Corps recruiting in Louisiana. Hart's station has won all three quarterly recruiting plaques awarded in the district this year. The current plaque is in recognition of his station's continued outstanding recruiting performance. The station also holds the national record for attaining its recruiting quota for the past 32 months.
