Turkish ambassador Seyfullah Esin tells the General Assesmbly's 17-nation steering committee Friday that the read dangers to peace in the Middle East are being hidden by a smoke screen. Listening is Norway's Mrs. Aase Lionaes. The 82- nation assembly, acting on the recommendation of the committee, agreed to a full-scale debate on Soviet-Syrian charges that Turkey and the United States are plotting to touch off a Middle East war.
