Ernest Penell, Jr. (left) and Wade Price, both of Terrebonne Parish, examine a shrimp caught Thursday in Lake Barre by fishermen who defied the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission for the second straight day. The commission,which has set May 25 as the start of the shrimp season, contends the shrimp are too small for harvest now.
