Charles Wolverton and Adriano Vilanova in New Orleans Ceremony. The keys of New Orleans were handed this morning to some of this city's most determined advocates - a group of distinguished officials and business leaders of El Salvador, the country which is apparently determined to do its business through New Orleans in spite of the neglect to which this community has subjected it in the past. The visitors arrived yesterday aboard the inaugural flight of TACA's twice-a-week direct air service between the United States and El Salvador, which covers the distance between New Orleans and San Salvador, the capital, in five and half hours nonstop.
