Benedict Wolf, New York Labor Relations Counsel and NLRB secretary before November 1937, (seated). Counsel and NLRB secretary before November 1937, (seated) testifying before the special house committee investigating the NLRB here February 21st. Wolf told the committee he "threw away" initial correspondence he had with the labor board regional directors in a campaign to oppose the Agner Act. Edmund M. Toland, committee counsel, is looking over Wolf's shoulder.
