Cleveland E. Dodge, left, New York, one of nation's civic and lay religious leaders, today was chosen the outstanding laymen of protestant church. In this pre-ceremony picture Mr. Dodge is shown with Dr. Gerald E. Knoff, executive secretary of the Division of Christian Education of National Council of Churches in U.S.A., who is holding the award. The award is known as the Russell Colgate Distinguished Service Citation.
