1967 Press Photo State workers cutting off the Antlers of deer for safety

Description
Antlers (which have no feeling) are cut for deer's safety en route. The stately headpieces fall off anyway in late winter, early spring. Although deer's antler fall off anyway- about February they are removed to prevent injury.
