New Haven Connecticut, Mexico at Yale was the theme of a greeting from Yale student Larry White of Washington, DC as Governor WIlliam W. Scranton appeared on the campus today. Scranton was later awarded a citation of merit by the Yale Law School Association. White, wearing Mexican sombrero and jacket, said it might help Scranton with Latin American relations.
