The world's longest-living heart transplant patient, Louis B. Russell Jr., 46, Indianapolis, celebrated his third anniversary of the operation August 22 with Mrs. Emily Brown, Providence Forge, Virginia, the mother of the heart donor. Russell held an open house for his anniversary party.
