Washington, April 3--at odds with Fulbright--Bruce Herschenohn tells Washington newsmen today he's quitting as director of the USIA's Motion Picture and television Service in the aftermath of a controversy with Arkansas Senator J.W. Fulbright over showing a UAIS film on domestic television.Fulbright contended united States Information Agency films are for propaganda use oversees. In the film Herschenohn calls call Fulbright's foreign policy attitudes "very naive and stupid."
