Description
The new medical education building of the Medical College of Wisconsin will be located on Milwaukee County Institutions grounds. The site is north of the present Milwaukee County General Hospital. The three-story section in the foreground will contain the library, lecture halls, conference rooms and general student areas. The taller building in the background will have facilities for the departments of anatomy, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology and physiology. Total cost of the building is estimated at $42,000,000.
