Individuals deeply involved in the issues of their times provide the key to "a world of law and order," according to Deputy Assistant Secretary Katie S. Louchheim, top ranking women in the department of state. Mrs. Louchheim is arriving in Milwaukee Friday afternoon to participate in a regional foreign policy conference at the Univeristy of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Saturday. She will be moderator at the conference, which is co-sponsored by the department of state and UWM's Institute for World Affairs Education. Community and business leaders and nongovernmental organizations concerned with foreign policy have been invited from Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan.
