Janie Jones's home an alleged centre for call girls: A call girl service for men staying at leading London hotels was run from her home by Janie Jones, the singer , a court was told yesterday. The house in Campden Hill Road, Kensington, was a brothel in which clients could watch prostitutes at work through a two way mirror, said Mr. Michael Worsley for the Director of Public Presecutions. He was opening committal proceedings at the Mayor and City of London court against Jones, her former husband John Christian Dee, of Wingfield Road, Trowbridge, Wilts, and Eric Gilbert a former clerk of Croydon County Court, also of Campden Hill Road. Jones and Gilbert face various charges of exercising control over prostitutes offering them to BBC men as inducements to play records and attempting to pervert the course of justice. Christian Dee is accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice. Photo shows Janie Jones's home an alleged centre for call girls.
