Chicago: To Head ABA: Robert W. Meserve, veteran Boston, Massachusetts, trial lawyer and former teacher at Harvard Law School, was nominated Tuesday in Chicago as president-elect of the American Bar Association. Approval of Meserve, 62, will be formally announced by the ABA's policy-making House of Delegates this summer and his one-year term will begin in August, 1972.
