1961 Press Photo Thomas M. Price, New York Life's Southeast Texas manager.

To The Houston Post: Thomas M. Price has been appointed manager of the New York Life Insurance Company's Southeast Texas General office, with headquarters in Houston. He replaces Thomas D. Vaughan, now manager at the company's Tulsa office. Mr. Price recently completed a six-month management training course at the company's home office in New York. Prior to that he had been assistant manager of the Amarillo office and in charge of the Lubbock sales office since 1958. Mr. Price joined the company in 1953 as an agent in McComb, Mississippi, and later became assistant manager in Jackson. He has also served as assistant manager and agency instructor in Baton Rouge.
