Parks and playgrounds - Texas. The new Clark's Bluff public part in Hardin County is inspected by officials of the Southwestern Timber Company, donor of five acres for the county park which provides public access to the Neches River. Standing by the park's new marker are O.R. Crawford, Southwestern general manager, left, and Allen Eddy, manager of land and engineering. The park is five miles north of Silsbee.
