Representative Joe Chapman, of Sulphur Springs, tries a mouthful of sulphur-tainted water from a fountain on the state capitol grounds. Rep. Chapman says the water tastes like nothing that ever came out of any other fountain in Sulphur Springs which - despite the name - has water as sweet as any, he says.
