A fog of chlorine gas envelops an area along Interstate 10 East near Freeport St. in the Houston Ship Channel area early today. County Pollution Director Dr. Walter Quebedeaux said the chemical was emitted from the Jones Chemical Inc., 1777 Haden. He said the chemical was released inadvertently. Quebedeaux said he knew of no injuries resulting from the emission. Poison Gas - Houston, Texas.
