Sen. Hubert Humphrey of Minnesota relaxes in his office in Washington today. Humphrey has topped a nationwide poll of Democratic convention delegates who stated a preference for the vice presidential nominee of the 1964 ticket. He was named as a first choice by 341 delegates followed by Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, named by 230 delegates. The great majority of the delegates declined to state a choice.
