Undaunted by France's cold shoulder at the morning session, Britain's common market negotiator arrive at the conference room in Brussels today for the afternoon meeting. Leading the way is delegation chief Edward Heath, left foreground, followed by Duncan Sandys, right, British secretary for commonwealth relations, and agriculture minister Christopher Soames, mostly hidden behind Heath. French President de Gaulle has been adamant against the British application for membership in the six nation European economic bloc.
