Description

Gordon B. Davidson, attorney for a Louisville citizens group that sponsored Cassius Clay, testifies today before the Senate Antitrust and Monopoly Subcommittee. Davidson told the senators the Louisville group wanted to get Clay, a home town boy, off to a good start as a professional in 1960 and set up a contract under which 15 per cent of the heavyweight champion's earnings are put into a trust fund.
