Henry W. Grunewald testifies today before a House Ways and Means Subcommittee, professing that his memory had failed him during questioning about behind-the-scenes activity in a seven million dollar federal tax case involving a former Baltimore liquor dealer. Confronted with records of phone calls and conferences with high tax officials, the 60 year old Washington mystery man said it was all "a blank" to him
