Rep. Leonard Irving, member of Congress from President Truman's home and General Laborer's Union leaves the federal building here today with Roy E. Livingston, secretary-treasurer of the union after their arraignment on charges of misusing union funds in the 1948 election. Irving were reelected by their union here Sunday.
