Description

Sen. Henry Jackson ducks a handful of gooey cake and icing Friday as his daughter, Anna Maria, puts everything a one-year-old can into celebrating her birthday. Because of a possible vote on the tax bill, the Washington State Democrat didn't want to leave the Capitol so Mrs. Jackson brought Anna and arranged for a party in the new Senate restaurant.
