Description

The new 400-meter Olympic Oval in Calgary will be the site of the speed skating competition at the XV OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES, FEBRUARY 13-28, to be broadcast by ABC Sports. This is the first time in Olympic competition that speed skating will be held indoors and, because of the absence of wind and the quality of the arena, it is expected that several records will be set.
