Threatened With Law Suit--Luke Jackson, 6-foot-9 basketball forward, has been threatened Monday with a law suit by Jim Gardner, president of the Carolina Cougars and the American Basketball Association. Jackson, with the Philadelphia 76ers, had signed a contract with the Cougars last week, but then signed another contract Sunday with the 76ers.
